Track 2

Ethoca – Walking The Tightrope

DThe entire payments ecosystem faces the same set of fraud and security challenges. Both the issuers and merchants have their own fraud tools and scoring. Let’s begin with taking a look at the merchant side of the equation. In this session, learn about the challenges that merchant and issuers face and their collaboration on fraud mitigation and chargebacks.

Track 3

Whitepages Pro - Enable Whitepages Pro Identity Data

As merchants wrestle with the costs of manual review and the grief they unnecessarily cause customers by questioning good orders, Whitepages Pro helps Kount customers recognize orders that are just shy of the manual review threshold and speed good orders to clear. More than 1 million new linkages are established between people, addresses, emails, phones and IPs are created daily in our “iGraph.” These linkages are key to establish confidence in an identity as they are presented to a merchant—saving time and money in manual review.
